We used Susan as our realtor when we bought our home, and she has been absolutely incredible — not just during the process, but long after closing. She truly goes above and beyond. She still sends us a yearly home anniversary cards, shares helpful homeowner tips, and even checks in from time to time just to see how things are going. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients beyond the transaction, but that’s exactly who Susan is.
