My rental Mrs.Lisa is the most amazing person in the rental business. We met over the phone a couple of years ago and finally in person. She constantly sent me homes to look at. Lisa Hendrickson, oh my where must I start. Lisa went above and beyond for me. She was there for every unanswered question that I had. If I could not get in touch with the loan officer about a question Lisa was always just a call/text away. If you are in need of a real estate agent Lisa is the person to call... If she put up with my attitudes she will put up with yours (😂) but don't try it because I will come for you. Only I can treat her bad just that time and get away with it... Love you Lisa 💜

Suzanne made the exhausting process of selling our son's home so much less stressful and time consuming than what we expected. She is knowledgeable and responded to our questions quickly. She knows the market and guided us through the details efficiently. Her support team is top notch, too. After helping us through the required repairs and upgrades, we had offers within two days. Suzanne helped us put our house on the market in 2017 when we were ready to sale. She didn’t just come in and sale ok I’ll put it on the market. She came in with people she trusted as far as who should help make the repairs we needed and anything else we needed. She also came in and told us all the steps we needed to do as far as what we needed to put away and set up to make it look appealing to potential buyers and brought in a great guy who did amazing pictures for the online link. Our house went live and it sold in I think 2 to 4 days. We also used her to buy our next home. She gave us trusted people she knew for our next loan. This process took a little longer just because of our wants, but she tried everything we asked of her and her hardest. She would bring us in when things weren’t going well and go back over our wants and re access. We found a great house in 2017 and we are still in it and loving it. She still checks in on us and sends us invites on her client events and if she sees things that are going on in our lives she will send us little happy gifts. She is not not only a wonder realtor she is an amazing caring person too.
